fix(homelab-app): label namespace privileged when host_network=true 
PodSecurity admission blocks hostNetwork/hostPort under the baseline
profile, which is the cluster default. Auto-apply the privileged
PodSecurity label on the namespace when host_network is enabled,
matching the pattern used by home-assistant.
